Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday – Friday will be despatched from us the same day via Royal Mail Special Delivery which is our standard service for the UK to arrive Next Working Day pre 9.00am or 1.00pm, subject to Royal Mail Terms & Conditions.
Please note we despatch goods Monday – Friday 10am- 4pm. Any orders placed between 3:30pm Friday and Sunday will be shipped on the Monday. There will be no shipping on UK Bank Holidays.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Special Delivery before 1pm – £7.25 exc VAT and is guaranteed next working day delivery service. Orders need to be placed before 3:30pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery, any orders taken after this time will be processed the next working day. This is a 99.9% guaranteed service from Royal Mail. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to Royal Mail errors, however if you feel a Special Delivery has been delivered late please contact us and we will provide you with the relevant details to make a claim for compensation.
Special delivery before 9am – £20.50 exc VAT and is guaranteed next working day delivery service. Orders need to be placed before 3:30pm to qualify for Next Day Delivery.
Saturday Guaranteed before 1pm – £17.25 exc VAT. Orders placed on a Friday will be guaranteed before 1pm next working day (Monday), to receive a Saturday delivery you must select the Saturday Guaranteed postage option. Orders need to be placed before 3:30pm Friday to qualify for Next Day Delivery, any orders taken after this time will be processed the next working day.
Incorrect Delivery Details
It is the Customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the customer enters the incorrect or incomplete address and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we are under no obligation to issue a refund or send replacement goods. If goods are returned to us due to an address error we are not obliged to re-send at our expense, however a redelivery at our standard rate will be offered or a refund less the postal expense on receipt of the returned parcel.
Prostyles Hair Ltd shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver or perform due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, or for Acts of God, actors of Buyer, acts of any government authority, strikes or other labour disturbances, delays in transportation, fuel or energy shortages, or inability to obtain necessary components, services or facilities from usual sources.
In the unlikely event a parcel is delayed with Royal Mail we will work with you to trace and locate the parcel as promptly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:- We are unable to repost an item as missing until 15 working days after original shipment date, due to Royal Mail shipping terms and conditions.
We are therefore unable to deem an item lost until this time and will not refund or replace until 15 working days from original shipment date has passed.

Incorrect shade or length
We strongly advise against selecting colours from a computer screen alone as shades will vary greatly depending on screen settings. We recommend that you purchase a colour ring before placing your order to determine the correct shade as we are unable to issue a full refund or exchange for wrongly selected shades. A 30% handling fee will apply to any refund or exchange for incorrect shade or length orders. If returning a product for this reason you will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt of products. Any exchanges will incur an additional delivery charge and will need to comply with our returns policy below.
Before returning or exchanging any Prostyles product please make sure the hair is new and unused with all packaging including ties, cardboard and plastic sleeve still in place. If the packaging shows signs of being replaced or tampered with, the product will be void and not eligible for a refund. In the case of us sending you an incorrect or faulty item, please notify us and return the product for exchange. We will credit your carriage and redeliver the correct order at our own cost.
When returning any Prostyles product, please send it with a reputable courier service or special delivery so you can track the item back to us. The courier or postal authorities will provide you with insurance and a tracking number should any delivery dispute arise. We will not be held liable if the returned products do not arrive and will only replace items that have arrived safely.
All other non-hair extension products can only be returned for replacement if proven to be faulty within 14 days of purchase.
